Building new suits

Purpose
The macro template introduces one, or possibly more, LaTeX macros to the document, for example "probability" may introduce \P and \Pcond.
This is in contrast to macro suit which introduces a collection of macros, for example the "probability" suit may introduce \P and \Pcond but also \E, \Mdm and \Var say.
