Claims to investigate
- Homomorphisms are morphisms in any category whose objects are sets (perhaps with additional structure) - this seems to be the case. I think these are called "concrete categories"
- Monomorphisms (for example) are just monic morphisms, which for "concrete" categories are injective (and surjective for epimorphism - derived from epic)
